Rollin' in the deep

Just a random day. Went to class and Mother Nature gave us one sunny day after MANY rainy ones lately. Unfortunately, tomorrow the rain will return :(. Anyway, I loved this outfit but I forgot my class took a field to the woods today and I was not dressed for hiking to say the least. Oh, the price I pay for fashion! lol!

Today, I wore a Express sheer tee, Forever 21 turquoise ring and necklace, blue belt from there also, Nine West leopard flats, and a wonderful taupe skirt from this great vintage store in downtown Nashville called Local Honey.

I LOVE these flats! So cute and comfy! Not great for hiking though! lol!

I named this post "Rollin' in the deep" because its my favorite song by Adele right now and I've been listening to it obsessively today! She's soooooo talented! Go check it out! Later! :)

Fashion Roadkill

So Saturday marks the official jump-off of the first EVER Nashville Fashion Week!! And lucky for this blogger, my boyfriend is an EXTREMELY sexy and talented model so I get to attend (the days he models only! lol) for free! GO ME! Next year, hopefully I'll be interning for somewhere fabulous so I'll have a press pass so I can get in on all the juicy backstage happenings!

This is what I wore to my bfs' Modeling Agencies Fashion Week launch party at the Terrazo Downtown. Its a beautiful luxury apartment building with the BEST view (that CLEARLY isnt it behind me! lol)

I wore a Hollister brown leather jacket, Target green tank and polka dot tights, J-Crrew belt (that I wear obsessively) Jessica Simpson Platforms, and Forever 21 basic black skirt (with fringe added by my bf from Hobby Lobby! He's so much more creative than me!)

Love these Jessica's! They look so much like the Jeffrey Campbell platforms except about $100 cheaper!

2 years and counting.

I have been a terrible blogger and am very mad at myself for abandoning my blog! But I am back! And i fully plan to do at LEAST one post a week but hopefully more! Anyway, yesterday was me and lens' 2 year anniversary and I had to celebrate in style!

I love this picture because I look very tall and long (for once lol). Im wearing this dark blue assymetrical dress from Forever 21 with a yellow neon belt also from Forever, my moms old cream blazer (that fits me perfect!) and nude Aldo pumps that I am obsessed with!

Spring Break is very uneventful and I'm actually ready for it to be over! This semester is just flying by (thank God!) Later! :)
